New Article by Ozan Arslan
The First World War was a coalition war between two groups of states with which they differ economically and industrially. At the centennary of the end of the First World War, a book, titled as "Gunpowder, Gold and Steel: Military and Technical Cooperations in the World War I" published in Russian with the efforts of the academicians from Saint Petersburg State University and contributions of international authors. In the book, our department member Dr. Ozan Arslan has an article titled as "Men, Ships and Arms to the Sultan: German Military Mission and Transfer of Personel, Vessels, and Weapons to the Ottoman Army and Navy during World War I".
