The Second Symposium on "Defense and Foreign Policy Making in Turkey II"
In Tuesday, we organized the second symposium titled “Defense and Foreign Policy Making in Turkey” after the first symposium held in May 2019.
The speakers of the symposium were Sıtkı Egeli from our department, Çağlar Kurç from Bilkent University and Metin Gürcan from Episteme Consultancy, and moderated by Sinem Ünaldılar Kocamaz from Ege University, department of International Relations, and they examined the interaction between the defense industry and defense policies in Turkey from historical, geostrategic and institutional perspectives.
