Funding

Transportation and accommodation expenses of accepted paper holders will be covered according to the following rules.

Flight costs will be covered with the following limits:

• 5 long distance travellers (i.e.: America, Australia, Asia) up to 1000 US$ each.
• 10 travellers from Europe, up to 250 Euros each.
• Domestic applicants (except İzmir), up to 100 TL

After the evaluation process of the papers, based on the criteria of the organizing committe (such as the quality of the paper, etc..)the author(s) will have the opportunity to get the funds for transportation and accommodation. Not all the papers will get the funds for the international student conference.

To get the funding for the international student conference, at least one of the authors of the study should be a student and definitely he/she should present the paper.

Please do keep your travel receipt and ticket for reimbursement.
